Juno DS - Assigning Expression Pedal

Ok, I’ve seen it done on videos - but finding out how seems difficult. Assigning the expression pedal on a Roland Juno DS.

Assigning the expression pedal to control the volume of a select sound within a layered or split performance is simple enough. But how do I control other parameters in a performance with the pedal - cut off, attack, reverb etc.

I know it will be a simple thing but this is my first expression pedal and I can’t figure it out ‍
