Kurzweil Mark Two Proi

Hi, appreciate any help people can give. We have a Kurzweil Mark Two Proi here, good instrument but the speaker sound is no longer working. It plays well with headphones though. After booting up, it initializes fine but then there's a low hum from the speakers. I've tried contacting Kurzweil a few times using their web based support but no replies which is disappointing. We are based in Ireland and hard to find anyone who repairs these. Is this likely to be a relatively easy fix, a capacitor or something like that? That I could do myself. If we can't fix, it's to the dump and that seems a great pity. Thanks for any help you can give.
