Kurzweil PC3K8 apparently stuck on arpeggiator mode

Hi all,

Just started up a PC3K8 for the first time, and am having a couple of problems. First, no notes above B1 are producing any sound. Second, all notes Bb1 and below are triggering an arpeggiator loop on whatever sound I have selected. This happens no matter what program I'm in. The arpeggiator button on the left side of the keyboard is off. What do I do?

Backup your settings and programs and then try a factory reset.

If the problem persists it's hardware related, possibly a stuck button.
