Middle C key on SP5-8 Not working....

I had recently just started using my Kurzweil SP5-8 and all of a sudden my middle C key on the keyboard is not producing any sound. Its the only key that is doing this..
What could be the cause of the problem?

Probably a broken key or sensor under that key. No way to tell without opening it up.

Are you a very heavy handed player?
