When I put the keyboard on it show Yamaha logo

A little late to the party, but that's not good. Did you try turning it off, turning it on while holding the highest C note (and keep holding until it passes the bootup screen? And failing that, there is 1 more thing to try... But I would've gone back to the dealer and immediately requested warranty assistance (if under warranty) and if not, asked them where to take it
