PK5 Hold Function

Hi I have a Roland PK5 that I have connected to a Korg X5DR I can run it on the Poly function but I can’t get the Hold function to work, how do I solve this problem? as I would really like to use the hold function on some live stuff.

The answer may be an overlooked MIDI setting in either machine’s settings.

Look at your manual and don’t be afraid to experiment. Just keep a backup handy.

Hint: look for something called CONTROLLER send/receive or something similar.
