Psr s650 questions

I have a new new s650 and can't find some functions.

I want to be able to control the volume of the different voices individually. How can I do that?

How do I turn on the harmony?

I might have more questions later!

I want to know how to adjust the volume of the voices separately when I play live, not for something I recorded. I am not interested in recording, I only want to use the chorus and volume levels when playing live.
I was able to adjust those levels using page 47 of my manual and heard no change to my live playing.

you need the Reference Manual of PSR S650, there you find on page 3 and 9 your answers.
