Hello:
I've been in the market for a synth workstation for a few months now but have never had the courage to buy one brand new because they cost so much. I have found someone who is looking to sell his Roland Fantom G8 for $2300 USD. I know that this board new is close to $3800 USD.
I've always been split between the Roland G8 and Yamaha Motif XF8 or XS 8. I've played them all; I am a piano player at my roots and feel I liked to touch of the G8 the best. As far as what they have to offer outside of that i really cant make up my mind!
Any recommendations? Do you feel that $2300 USD is a good price for a studio kept G8.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated!
