Hi , yes, directly in the keyboard from scratch.

You can also mix n match style tracks( style assembly). Ie use a bass track from one style copy it to another , or copy tracks from one variation to another. Good way to start.

To edit Yamaha factory styles onboard you have to unlock them first

“style unlocker” on Jorgen’s site. (Doesn’t work with all styles) free
