Well he is in Ontario, so maybe he's visiting elsewhere to avoid the hellscape wildfires there right now. Or maybe he's out helping to fight them, even? Everyone in the danger zones has been ordered to evacuate. Yes it actually looks like this

And in case anyone here is gullible enough to think this is somehow's "Canada's fault", I'll remind you on Gary's behalf that we literally deploy firefighters there every year (250 last year alone for the California wildfires); and that *most* countries do this (Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, and the USA sent the most to us). That's just how firefighters respond to *global* warming.

And yes I hope he's ok.

Until we hear (or don't hear) otherwise I'll assume (and hope) that he was evacuated; but once evacuation orders are lifted, I really hope we hear back from him soon after that.

Even on holiday or evacuation, we would have heard from him. He would have taken his phone or tablet.

Not a peep. I don't see that he has received it. I only met him once, not sure exactly where he lives, and if we have mutual acquaintances.
Genuinely concerned at this point, something must have happened, I will try to find more info

does anyone know how to contact this youtube user so that we might understand what happened and whether there is a family need of any kind? this user seems to know gary. his last post was july 10th, and the comment posted by stacy is three weeks old, so something sudden happened.
