Getting WAV files into my KRonos 3 (3.2.2) and having them permanently stored.

Ive been trying to get WAV files into my KRonos 3 (3.2.2) and having them permanently stored. I've done it successfully 5 or 6 times through the help of Francis at NARF. But Im trying to do it with out him on the phone and I can not recall the exact sequence of 15 or 20 moves he had to make once I put the USB Flash Drive in the back and loaded the WAV file.

Any one out there have more of a sequence than the manual. The manual assumes you already know the protocol and process.

Your Kronos has a fixed inbuilt hard drive so it is an easy task to transfer from the thumb drive which contains the files you want to transfer to the fixed internal hard drive.

Thanks but this isnt what Im trying to do. Im trying to load a WAV file that eventually will become a single program that I can access at anytime.

Now I get it, well sort of.

It is something like:-

Media, navigate to the WAV file > Load.

Go into Sampling mode > select the range to assign it to create a multisample

Save the Program.

I am not used to a Kronos, my Korg Pa has a similar loading process.

Korg has completely redesigned the process for getting a sample into the new Kronos and storing it permanently so that when you boot your keyboard up, everything Auto Loads right into the areas you previously designated. Ive been successful 5+ times but Ive also wiped the system out entirely once.
It's a tedious lengthy process. One that is really not explained in micro detail anywhere Ive found. Especially including the Manuals from KORG.

Korg Manual, originally are written in Klingon, before then being transcribed into a series of obscure languages one after the other before finally being transcribed into a sort of English.

Does the Kronos 3 not have the SaveAll Backup file creation available? That should have enabled you to reload what you wiped.
