Yamaha clavinova sound problem

Hello, I recently acquired a second hand Clavinova, there are 3 or 4 keys that sound nice and bright, the rest of the notes produce a muddy kind of sound with no higher frequencies.. any ideas? Thanks

Would have had this done but got slight prob with getting the file from my desktop into the message via 'attach files' will get back soon.

Fraid I can't get round this, the file on my mac is greyed out and won't move - the varous solutions online don't fix it either so I'll probably fold on this question... thanks
