Yamaha PSR 550 keyboard not recognizing OTS information

Whenever I load a style from USB to my Yamaha PSR 550 keyboard, the OTS information is not recognized by the keyboard. All other information in the style file work except for the OTS information. Any suggestions?

The OTS buttons work for in-built factory set styles.

I wonder if the styles data is just basic and does not have OTS information programmed into it.
I have styles on USB's from two sources. One I can use OTS allowing all kinds of voices (pre programmed). The other one has no OTS programing.

I have verified that the style I loaded from the USB drive indeed has OTS information. I have checked it with a software tool. I am not sure whether the keyboard model I am using, PSR 550, is designed to recognize OTS data from a style loaded from USB.
