Normally, when you turn on the accompaniment feature, located on the far left panel, you hit one key and it plays a major chord. Problem is some of the keys are playing minor, diminished, weird chords, and others are playing the correct major chords. Has anyone else experienced this? How can I correct it? (Already tried the re-boot. Didn't help.)

By re-boot do you mean Reset ie hold down furthest right white key whilst powering on?
There is also Memory Reset, turn off, leave at least 15s, hold down furthest right white key and the furthest right three black keys, then power on.
