Can someone tell me how to load new style files on this unit? Yamaha referred me to a Youtube video, I cannot understand the man with his heavy accent.

Try turning on Youtube closed captions.

You must use the Yamaha Musicsoft Downloader PC program or the Yamaha MusicSoft Manager iPad/iPhone app to transfer style files to the keyboard's internal storage memory.

The style files must be in the Yamaha Style File Format version 1.

The file names must have the ".sty" extension and there must be no additional periods within the name before the extension.
