Sampling/Sounds

Hey! Longtime keys player here, but recently doing heavy duty gigging. Never been too much of a "sounds" guy. I am now playing in a wedding band. I am running two midi boards and one audio board. Im running the boards through MainStage 3. Does anyone have any tips on maximizing production/sounds? Also, can you sample specific sounds with MainStage? If so, how? Also, does anyone have any great sounds that could be used for Top 40 tunes that a wedding band would play? I want my sounds to get better.
