Hi! Hey, can anyone help me with this? I want to use "DIRECT" as the way to access patches (Ref manual pg 113). I would rather do this than to set up Banks for my performance patches. But I can't figure out how to get it to stick to pulling up User combinations: when I enter a COMBINATION number, it always flips back to a Factory Combination patch. Like, i set it to DIRECT, 'record' that choice and back out to the normal view. I use "10" as the zero to enter like "071". I get the Factory combination. If I set it by hand to a User combination, then enter "071", it doesn't stay in the "User" patches. My understanding, after an AI query, is that Hammond re-used the Xk1 manual and just updated parts of it, but the instructions for this never made it into the ref manual. Anyone out there have the answer for this? -AllTheRage-
