I am working on a project where by I need to be able to analyse a soundtrack to pick out the exact MIDI notes that went into compiling the file.
And Have been told that compiling the music from chiptune would acomplish this. However I am lost for a soundfont that would acomplish this.
I am using MIDIUtil to write my music file as I am able to write it using a range of degrees form 0-127 in a single line of text which suits my need.
and I am using Rosegarden and Musescore3 as after after editors as MIDIUtil is a python script and not very user friendly
I am running Linux.
