Casio CDP-230R Key Problems

I have a Casio CDP-230R that's only ~4 month old. Yesterday, my daughter noticed that two black keys popped up, and the white key in between the two black keys got stuck easily (see attached picture). There is no sound when any one of the three keys in question is pressed down. There is a youtube video (
) with a similar issue with a solution of pushing the black keys a bit harder back into their places. It didn't work for me.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
