Casio CTK6300 and .cms file

Hi,
I have recorded a music piece using Song sequencer of CTK6300 and copied the same to SD card. The SD card was formatted in the keyboard. Its is .cms file. Which application will play this on a laptop or how do convert it to mp3?

There should be a save option to save as SMF (Std Midi Format)
(Look up SMF in the manual)
