Code 61 Transport Controls

Hello I am new to this forum and new to controllers. I am mostly a guitar player. My question is, does anyone know if you can disable the controls (knobs etc) that do anything in ProTools? I would like to use the main transport (stop,play,rec,) but I don't want anything else controlling the mixer or any other functions in ProTools. I have programmed the first 2 faders to control cc 1 and 11 within virtual instruments, but I believe that is all I need. I also have an oxygen 61 if that has different capabilities. I appreciate any advice, and I have tried to Google this answer, and watched YouTube tutorials to try and find an answer, so Thank you for any help.
