Hi. I am having a hard time configuring my DGX 660 to talk to my PC to record MIDI. I am not getting any signal on the PC. I am using BandLab's CakeWalk as my DAW. I have the correct cable and can sometimes even get it to respond. However, after I turn the keyboard off and turn it back on again, I lose the configuration and when I do it the same way I did before, I get now sound. Its kinda hit or miss so I know I am doing something wrong. This is a relatively new keyboard so I don't believe its a faulty keyboard.

This is my set up:
1. I have it set to PC Mode = OFF
2. Local = OFF
3 External Clock = ON
4. Keyboard Out = ON

Please help. I am very frustrated. Thanks.

If you're using a Windows computer, did you install Yamaha's USB-MIDI driver? Is it Windows 10 or an earlier version? And is it a 32-bit computer or a 64-bit computer?
