Yamaha PSR -E443 not producing sound.

Please I need help, my Yamaha PSR-E443 keyboard is not producing sound. Speakers are connected intact, I've tried factory reset, Local is on but yet it's no sound.
What should I do?

My E443 notes sometimes just go off and don't work yet not dead.after sometime they are back though.Eg if not D,all Ds don't work
