I let my two year old play around with the keyboard and he somehow hit the exact random combination of buttons to make it not make sound anymore. Been through every troubleshooting route in the manual. Speakers pop when I turn it off/on so I know they're still getting power.

Is there any way to just restore all the settings to default?

Ah... Thank you but dammit it's still not working. Maybe I was too quick to blame him.

Seems like everything's fine then, but I'm still getting no output, to speakers or headphones. Have you ever heard of this?

If your two year old actually "banged" on the buttons, as two year olds will have a tendency to do, you may have a stuck button. Check all of them to make sure they are returning to their "normal" positions. If that is not the case, then he may have jarred a connection loose inside.

Good luck !

Some CTK models use the batteries or the commercial power to maintain their last "state". If you have not tried it yet, disconnect yours from the commercial power, or remove the batteries for a couple of hours, then power it back up. If it will come up far enough for the menu system to work, do an INITIALIZE per Page 65 of the manual. That will put it back to factory settings.

Good luck !
