Double Tier Stand HELPP

Well ive done everything with my double tier from tilting it to using two keyboard.... but right now i saw a vid of guy with a double tier but he had the keyboards lower... but he didnt have a height adjustable second tier... so i dunno what to do. i want my top board to be lower.. Any help?
