2nd hand "home" keyboard with built in speakers - yamaha & casio sell loads and they turn up regularly for sale. Check the free ads in your local paper.

People... please try to understand that you get what you pay for. There is no such thing as good and cheap. Not in the keyboard world, and not when it comes to anything else.
Can you buy a good guitar and an amp for 90$!? How about a set of drums for 90$?
