Good mid-level keyboard amps?

I have a Yamaha PSR something or other (not with me at the moment) and I'm looking for a decent keyboard amp preferably in the $300-600 range for playing small local gigs in a metal band.

Roland KC series is very good, but you might also have a look at some Peaveys as well. Don't buy Behringer - you get what you pay for!
