Hello, I am fairly new to keyboard forums so excuse me if I am asking questions already asked. Is it possible to recreate the B3 Hammond Sound on Dwight Yoakam 'Fast As You' on a Casio CT-X3000?

Probably not directly.

Connecting up an iPad or iPhone and using an App then yes would would be able to.

One slight problem is that the B3X app costs £129.

There are other organ Apps available

I'm not familiar with that song, or that specific sound. And the CT-X3000 lacks "drawbars" or any other provision for changing the tone color of a basic organ sound. However: according to the appendix, the CT-X3000 has twenty (20) electric organ voices. There's a strong chance that one of them would be a reasonable stand-in for the sound in your country song. My $.02.

Arguably the biggest contributor to the Hammond sound is proper use of the Leslie rotating speaker (or simulator); fast/slow/transition. Today's "clonewheel" organs, besides all the Hammond features like drawbars, percussion, chorus and vibrato, simulate the Leslie. Your Casio may have a decent "dry" organ sound, or may include a "fixed" Leslie speed, but unless you wanted to go a very expensive route (doubtful by your choice of keyboard), the answer would be "no."
