Hello.
I'm new to the forums.
Not that good at talking about myself, but here goes:

I'm 16, I live in the UK but I'm from Spain.
I like the symphonic, power and neoclassical metal genres, and my favourite band is Sonata Arctica (their older stuff).
Other bands I like are Stratovarius and Nightwish. I also listen to some of Adrian von Ziegler's compositions; sound 'symphonic'.
The only classical composition I like is 'Canon' by Johann Pachelbel; I can play a short edited version.
I started playing keyboard in March this year; a Casio Ctk 1200, but it doesn't have that high pitched distorted guitar sound most power metal bands use in solos. So I'm looking to buy something new.

Anyway, think that's enough for now.

Hi MartinezMetal. What voice do you use when playing metal music?

Right now, I'm learning piano compositions, since my current keyboard doesn't have the 'pitch bend' thing. (The piano sound also sucks, but that's how it is.)
But to play solos, I mainly use synth leads.
Since my keyboard can't record stuff and lacks MIDI connection thing, playing metal is a no-no for now.
