Help to solve problem with Arius ydp 162

Hi everyone - my Arius ydp 162 has been playing fine but is now acting strange.

Power will come on when pressing the power button, but no sound comes when playing the keys. Also several buttons ("+","-", "play" and "rec") will flash twice every three seconds. I am then unable to turn off the piano using the power button which has become unresponsive. I need to unplug the piano to turn it off.

Has anybody experienced the same thing - and have you fixed it?

I unplugged the headphone adaptor.

Hi there. There is no adaptor plugged in. But the problem did start after the piano had been used with headphones with an adaptor for the first time in a long while. Do ypu see any connection there? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
