Kinda reminds me of.... I'm not sure, can't put my finger on it.... a Commodore 64 maybe?

Need a sequencer tho - timing dropped out... and add an analogue drum track like a Roland TR808

It's got a bit of a Sid-Synth sound to it, I think this was the chip from the Commodore 64. Well done Y-Man on spotting that.
