Mark 150 Baby Grand

Just picked up a Mark 150 grand piano. Everything seems to work given its age.however the sustain pedals do not work at all .. I looked underneath and made sure the plug that connects the pedals to the piano was connected which it was. Without sustain pedals the piano is almost impossible to play. Has anyone ever heard of this and is there a fix. Would doing a hard reset be something to consider? Is that wise?

My Kurzweill authorized repair technician successfully repaired the pedals on my Mark 10 last year. He lives in Grove, OK. He probably would recommend a way to find someone to help you.
