Midi to amp

So I have a midi keyboard and I want to connect to a speaker or amp. What would the best way to do this be I know you can't plug it straight into a amp or speaker.

midi keyboards dont send any audio signal, you will need a rack unit or to hook it up to a computer to turn the data signal to a audible signal.
