PC3LE7 midi question

I have a PC3LE7 which I really like. I am using it in conjunction with a laptop running Presonus Studio One Pro. One of my VST's is Alchemy. When I pick a preset in alchemy and play it in conjunction with a preset on the Kurz...if I press any button or the Data Entry wheel...it instantly changes the preset I picked in Alchemy...

Which setting do I go to on the PC3LE7 to stop this from happening?

I have a PC3. To do it there I would do this: Go to midi mode, then the xmit tab (transmit), progchang = "off". The LE should be the same or at least a very similar process.
