Roland pc 200 midi select enable

Hi there Im new here
So I bought this roland midi keyboard and I accidentally pressed "Midi Select" now my keyboard is disabled I found the users manual on the internet I followed the instructions on how to enable the keyboard but Still it doesn't work any ideas on how to enable the keyboard? Thank you so much

Check default settings at Power on (man page 11)
External MIDI device connected ????
Try again midi channel selection (page 9) on and off
