Transfer recorded songs from Roland keyboard onto computer?

How can I transfer recorded songs from my Roland RP201 keyboard onto my Macbook pro? In the owner's manual, it is stated that you can "save songs you've recorded on Roland piano on your computer," using a Midi in/out to USB cable, which I have. I'm not sure how to do this though.

Any help would be much appreciated.
