My child loves playing this keyboard, but it wastes a lot of battery.
It works well with AA batteries. However, it doesn't work at all with the AC adapter.
The adapter is not a package. Either way, voltage and amps are suitable.

The cost of official warranty service is too expensive to repair.
So I want to find another solution.

Please tell me what to check first and what to watch out for.

Hope everyone is safe from Corona Virus.
Thank you.

What adapter are you using? What are the voltage and amps?

the adapter needs to be center positive. The keyboard has a specificity for this (usually marked in the back). Ensure that the adapter meets the center positive requirement of the keyboard. So 12 volt, 1amp, center positive. Spend $7 and purchase the correct adapter.
