I Recently Purchased The E413 Because It Was A New Replacement For The E403, Which I Had, That Came Out In '06. The E413,Except For A Few Changes, Is Basically The Same Keyboard. If You Have An E403, It Is Best Not To Upgrade To The E413. If You Are Choosing Between The Two, Get The Newer Model. Hope This Helps Someone.
