Hi, I am ready to upgrade from my ancient PSR keyboard and I am interested in the YPG 235. Has anyone had experience using these digitally, ie using them as an input to run soft synths like Crystal? Either thru USB or MIDI cords. I have a Yamaha MW12CX mixer which takes USB or MIDI..
I don't want to get a dedicated work-station type keyboard as this would be only a small part of the usage, ie I would also use it acoustically for practice, etc.
Any advice would be appreciated, I am primarily a guitarist and don't have much frame of reference for what's available in keyboards, how you can use it, etc.
