alesis qs 8.2 help making presets

Need help making presets. Love this keyboard but the manual isn't very user friendly. Want SOUNDS to get to easily during a gig and making my own. Any help how to or any videos posted?

Google and youtube searches come up pretty much empty unless you speak Spanish.
