I am trying to create a Instrument Definition for my Casio WK-1630 for use Sonar Home Studio. I read the midi implementation chart and wasn’t sure if what the bank select method is for my keyboard. On page 65 it says the keyboard it says it uses Program Change and then on page on 95 is kind of seems like it might use a normal bank select. If possible can anybody who’s a little more familiar with instrument definitions take a look at pages 65 and 94 of my keyboards manual and let me know what bank select method my keyboard uses. If anyone has a instrument definition for the Casio WK-1600 that would also work since they basically are have the same amount of tones.
