Cheaper 76-88 weighted-key midi controller with simple piano sound for low latency monitoring?

I am looking for a good keyboard to use as a midi controller and love the idea of weighted keys since I have a sampling program that has layered samples for velocity reproduction, but my PC isn't fast enough to monitor the sound without too much latency!

Anyone know what the cheapest weighted-key midi controller that has at least a simple piano sound so I can monitor it at "zero latency" while I record? Once the midi data is recorded I can play back the fully processed sound.

I was hoping to find something in the $200 to $300 range if possible.

In that price range I'd advise searching ebay and your local craigslist for a used Yamaha CP or DGX model or low end Casio Privia.
