Creating Synth Sounds

Anybody know the best way to create the cuico sound from 'Locked Out of Heaven'? I have a Roland XP30 but don't want to splash out on the World expansion board just for one song.

There's typically at least one of those sounds in most standard MIDI drum Kits. Even the regular GM kit should have it assigned to at least one of the keys.

According to page 177 of the manual it's F#5 and G5 in most of the available drumkits on the XP30.
