DGX 640 doesnt play midi in VOICE mode

Hello!
I am first time in this forum. And I bought Yamaha DGX 640 some days ago.

I work with Pro Tools and want to play voices on DGX 640 (for example, saxophone). I send midi information from Pro Tools to DGX, but it produces sound in SONG mode, not in VOICE mode! Yamaha does not react, when I choose sax or organ in VOICE mode, it varies sound only when I am in SONG mode.
How to switch to the VOICE's sounds?...

I didn't found the solution in owner's manual.
I really need help...

dont use those modes push the pc button on you dgx then it will be the tome module for the program!
