effects for youth lagoon sound?

I've been trying to get a similar sound to theirs, specifically the kind of melty sound after the intro of "Mute"
I'm not sure if it's just the keyboard he uses or if its from all his pedals and racks, but I really want to get that sort of liquidy sound. Any thoughts?
