Is this a vintage rotary speaker foot switch

I've got this foot switch, but I am not sure what it is for. It could be for a rotating speaker (Leslie) of sorts. Anybody knows the brand, or any other information on this?

It would appear from the markings on the unit that it is a leslie switch but probably not intended for a Hammond based on the plug. Perhaps a Gulbransen organ?

it is a leslie switch (i have the same) but in an amp with build in mechanical leslie.

it is a round plug with 6 pins hirschman brand
amp was Soundspace 100w
