Korg Trinity Pro X keys dead across all octaves

So on the Trinity I use, I basically half of the keys are dead. C#, D# F, G, A, and B do not work across the entire keyboard.

I'm trying to get to the the bottom of this to see if I need to look to hook it up and try some kind of reformat for the software, or it's a hardware issue.

It sounds like a hardware issue to me, but I'd suggest phoning Korg Tech Support to see if they can offer you any assistance or sell you any parts. At the very least they should be able to pinpoint the cause on one of their keyboards.

Yes, sounds hardware to me as well. When a note like a "C#" doesn't sound across the keyboard that typically relates to hardware and not software.
