How do I create a new thread

First you need to go to the forum you want to post in.
If you aren't already on the page that lists the different forums, just click on the "keyboardforums.com" banner to get there, then click on whichever forum you want to post in.
Once you're inside the forum of your choice, you should see a "Post New Thread" button toward the right side of the screen.
If you've clicked on a thread to read it, the "Post New Thread" button won't be there. If you're reading a thread and decide you want to start a new thread in the same forum, look up toward the top of the page. Just below the banner and the menu bar, and just above the title of the thread you're reading, you'll see the path for the thread you're reading-- e.g., "Forums > Announcements > Introductions." Each part of the path is a link to that particular level, so you can click on the last link to go back one level so you're at the page that lists all the existing threads in the given forum. Then you'll have the "Post New Thread" button again.
