Roland HP-70 Piano Plus 70 Issue

Hey there I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out whats wrong with this old Roland. It seems that when its powered on several of the keys (shown in images) do not work. Sometimes when I leave it for a while and come back to play it the keys work for several minutes but then start to die kind of like a battery. I was wondering if perhaps it's blue capacitor? (is that a capacitor?) I would love to try and fix this otherwise it's going to the dump :(
