Using an inexpensive keyboard in studio

Hi All,

I plan to record at a local studio soon. There are some sounds on my Yamaha PSR-E453 keyboard (about a $300 keyboard) that I want to use. Do you think there will be any issues with signal hum/buzz going direct into the board due to the keyboard's cheapness? Or any other issues I haven't thought of?

No way of knowing until you plug it in.

Smartest thing would be to run on batteries to avoid ground loops.
